MLH reserves the right, without notification, to make changes to these terms and conditions as well as our Return and Shipping policies. Payment
MLH requires payment in full at the time the order is placed. We reserve the right to hold any orders that have not been paid in full, until they are paid for. (See ordering for more details)
Prices
For all prices and products, we reserve the right to make adjustments due to errors, changing market conditions, product discontinuation or typographical errors in advertisements. MLH is not responsible for manufacturer price changes, which may occur at any time without notice. The product images on this website may not exactly reflect the product you receive. Design revisions and color variations may exist.
Ordering
When you place an order with us, you are making an offer to buy goods. We will send you an e-mail to confirm that we have received your order. Once we have checked the price and availability of the products, we will e-mail you again to confirm that we accept your order, and that a contract has been made between us. We will not take payment from you until we have accepted your order. In the unlikely event that the products are no longer available, or that we have made a pricing mistake, we will advise you of this. You will not receive an e-mail confirming acceptance of your order, and there will be no contract between us. If the products you order are not available, we will notify you of our attempt to offer a comparable substitute. If you decide not to accept the substitute product, we will remove this item from your order.
Liability
MLH shall not be held responsible and will not be liable for any damage due to the purchase and use of any product, service or software.
Faulty Products or Supplies
If there is a problem with the any product ordered from MLH, please contact us to discuss the matter further. If the products are found to be faulty within a 15 day time period after delivery, you may return them and claim a full refund. MLH will not be held responsible for any damage or injury resulting from the use of any product sold.

All product content information, with the exception of the prices, on our website comes directly from our manufactures.
Risk of Loss
If an order or part of an order is lost, we will attempt to find the cause and take action accordingly. However, the risk of loss and title for items purchased by you, are passed to you upon our delivery of the items to the carrier.
